Wheels & Gears Show
9:00 am – 4:00 pm
The Museum's first-annual Wheels & Gears Show features cars, trucks, off-road vehicles, and antique tractors from New Mexico Vintage Iron. A Peopleís Choice award will be given as local car clubs will have some of their vintage vehicles on display.

A professional BMX stunt show is also part of the fun. StuntMasters from Phoenix will perform their BMX Impact Street Show at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m. Riders will perform amazing stunts on the ground and in the air, including 360s, tailwhips, backflips and more.

This event also features the Museumís Wheels & Gears exhibit inside the main building. The exhibit includes a variety of vehicles, carts, wagons, and buggies from different eras. Food vendors will be here, as well as all of the regular Museum offerings, including a plant sale. The show is part of the city's Monuments to Main Street program.

There will be mini-train rides for kids ($3) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and there will be pony rides for kids ($5) from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The City of Las Cruces Parks & Recreation Department also will offer games, including a Ninja course.

Admission for this event is only $5 per carload.
