Museum requests concession proposals

The New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum has issued Requests for Proposals from qualified independent contractors for two concession operations: a gift shop/snack bar and a catering service. All potential offerors are required to attend a pre-proposal conference and site visit at the Museum.

The meeting for the catering services will take place at 8:00am on March 23, 2009. The meeting for the gift shop/snack bar will take place at 1:00pm on March 23, 2009.

All proposals must be received no later than 5:00pm Mountain Daylight Time on April 3, 2009. Proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted.
