The Mission of the New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum Board is to provide direction, advice, and support to the Director of the Museum in the maintenance and operation of the Museum and all of its activities.

- c) Discussion of General Operating Agreement, Renewal of Office Lease Agreement, Membership Program Agreement, and Programmatic Funds Agreement with the Friends of the NMFRHM
- d) Action: Approval of Renewals of General Operating Agreement, Office Lease Agreement, Membership Program Agreement, and Programmatic Funds Agreement with the Friends of the NMFRHM
